RimAsia Capital Partners seeks energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented individuals who are able to think independently and creatively and who thrive on challenge in a fast-paced environment. Candidates are expected to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and should be capable, experienced transaction leaders with a proven successful investment track record, preferably in Asia.

We recruit individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, with a strong preference for Asian language fluency and prior work experience in the region. While academic achievements are important, we view maturity, intelligence and ability to deliver on time as being of critical importance. A strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to work in a team environment, and a desire to learn are also key. Prior experience in the financial services industry is required.
