Indo Lysaght, in association with its subsidiaries PT Intancitra Logamindo, PT Citra Cakralogam and PT Cimanggis Sakti, is a leading Indonesian manufacturer of industrial chemicals (primarily zinc oxide and zinc chloride) with a broad range of industrial applications such as the manufacture of rubber. The company, through its other subsidiaries PT Ustrada Sakti and PT Ustraco Satryatara is also engaged in the domestic trading and distribution of a range of chemicals and metal products that are used across multiple industry sectors. Indo Lysaght has the dominant position in the production and supply of zinc oxide and zinc chloride, with an equally strong market position in its trading activities. It recently completed an expansion of its zinc oxide production capacity, and is currently reviewing a number of strategic options with respect to its next stage of expansion.

In June 2007, we provided funds to Indo Lysaght in respect of its proposed expansion strategy throughout the region.
