CBH is a vertically-integrated bio-pharmaceutical company focused on developing, manufacturing and distributing innovative drugs in the PRC. In May 2006, we assisted CBH in acquiring 100% of Shenyang Enshi, a leading producer and distributor of western generic and traditional Chinese medicine products with a portfolio of over 150 SFDA-registered drugs, most of which are qualified for reimbursement under the National Insurance program in China. This acquisition was structured as a highly leveraged buyout transaction and we were granted warrants exercisable into shares of CBH.

In October 2009, we merged CBH with another RimAsia portfolio company, NBS.
