Ismay was one of the first independent English language publishers in the PRC market, having commenced operations in 1986. It currently publishes a range of English language monthly magazines under the titles Shanghai Talk, Beijing Talk, City Talk (in Guangzhou) and Macau Talk, targeted primarily at the expatriate communities in each of the above four cities. To diversify its activities, the Company has entered into an agreement with the China Publishing Group (“CPG”) for the launch in mid-2007 of M2F, a free circulation Chinese language weekday newspaper targeted at young, upwardly mobile urbanites. M2F, with Shanghai as the initial launch city, will offer concise news and regularly featured subjects including property, travel, shopping, health, and employment.

In May 2007, we led an investment round providing the financing for the launch of M2F.
