	PARADIGMWORKS The ParadigmWorks team has an extensive network in Asia and the US, and has worked with long-term partners on various cross-border deals, covering a cross-section of industries such as basic materials / commodities, biosciences, electronics & photonics, logistics and manufacturing.
	Rose Siow, Founder and Managing Director Rose has extensive experience in the SE Asian financial industry, particularly in private equity, IPOs, M&A, financial advisory and IR through her career, which included stints at Vickers Ballas and Booz Allen & Hamilton. In this time she has been responsible for the successful IPOs of several portfolio companies on the Singapore Stock Exchange. She is a Founding Board Member of Spirit of Enterprise, and founded Sanctuary House which seeks to rescue and look after abandoned babies.
	Adeline Ong, Analyst Adeline brings with her significant experience in the logistics and transportation sector. Prior to joining ParadigmWorks she worked for Panalpina and DHL. Adeline graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, and also has a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management.
